I don't know, plenty of guys seem to be delicate fainting flowers when it comes to periods. Of course, Elliot gets to be the mature, wise father, when he's not the one who has to do the talk. The SVU ep where he had to talk to Kathleen about whether she was sexually active was the most awkward thing in all his years in that show.
