I recently re-watched the scenes of Gary's kidnapping. At one point, Pete expresses surprise that Toby comes into her office to work, and then she just starts babbling away about the capital punishment protesters outside. Ugh! Man, Sister Pete ranks right up there at the top of the list of characters I think I'm supposed to like, but instead loathe with fiery passion. At least Toby eventually called her out on her bullshit at one point.
I imagine her painting stunningly life-like glittery unicorns with severed limbs.
