Yay! I thought I was the only one who loved crew cut Toby. Everyone's always making his hair grow out, but I like him looking geeky, with that ex-con tiger hidden away so it can jump out and scare the pants off people. He cuts it that way a few times - usually when he's trying to prove he's an upstanding citizen, another reason I like it - but I was inspired to cut it by the season six parole haircut.
I'm very impressed by Elliot. He may never be the poster child for liberal acceptance, but he's making some serious progress. I consider myself pretty liberal acceptance, and very low on jealousy, but I really don't know how tolerant I'd be about competing with the lingering ghost of my lover's murderous ex.
